-
6
He created you from a single soul, then made from it its mate, and He sent down for you eight [head] of livestock in pairs. If you disbelieve, God has no need of you, yet He does not approve disbelief for His servants. And if you are grateful, He approves it for you. No bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. When harm touches a person, he calls upon his Lord, turning to Him. -
9

-
19
Is one against whom the word of punishment has come due [to be saved]? Can you rescue one who is in the Fire?

God has sent down the finest discourse: a Book consistent in itself, with oft-repeated [teachings], at which the skins of those who fear their Lord shiver; then their skins and their hearts soften to the remembrance of God. They will say, "Yes, indeed." But the word of punishment has come due against the disbelievers.
